Sahaj Yoga Meditation is a creative way to meditate and build bonds of joy with your small child. In these sessions you will experience the benefits of daily meditation through simple and fun techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

If you are new to meditation, we suggest you to take the free Online Meditation Course and learn how to meditate by yourself. After or along with the course, you can start the meditation and play sessions with your child. Take your time and enjoy your meditations because soon you will be busy learning how to meditate with your little one and about the benefits he will get from these meditation sessions.
